Reliable Concrete Deck Design
The design of the SURVIVOR concrete deck ensures safety and accuracy with improved load cell distribution. Six inches of concrete above the weighbridge’s neutral axis is supported by the six-inch steel deck substructure. The substructure is composed of galvanized steel sheets and I-beams to increase strength throughout each module.

The RoughDeck HP’s best-in-class features are enhanced to deliver more reliability and higher performance than ever before. Available in 1,000 to 10,000 pound capacities, the RoughDeck HP is the industry leader for precision weighing in Legal for Trade applications.
The RoughDeck HP’s NEMA Type 4X aluminum TuffSeal junction box is protected from forks and industrial abuse by a six-inch structural steel channel frame and diamond treadplate safety deck. The junction box is also mounted as a handy slide-out tray that eases setup and service access. Cables include sturdy cord grips or a quick disconnect for added convenience. In addition, all load cell cables are enclosed in conduit, alleviating danger of rough handling. RoughDeck® HE Hostile Environment Floor Scale
The RoughDeck HE is a hostile environment, stainless steel floor scale designed specifically for corrosion resistance and long life in demanding washdown applications. Design features include a six-inch, 304 stainless steel channel frame and smooth top plate. The RoughDeck HE comes standard with four stainless steel, IP67 welded-seal, shear beam load cells, four stainless steel support feet, a stainless steel NEMA Type 4X TuffSeal summing junction box and EL147HE hostile environment load cell cable.
The stainless steel channel frame provides added protection by enclosing load cell cable and load cells, yet provides easy access for installation and service. The NEMA Type 4X summing TuffSeal junction box can be remotely mounted up to ten feet from the scale, keeping sensitive electronic connections away from moisture and chemicals.

Robust Rail Car Weighing
RailBoss is a series of five-feet, 10-inch rail sections fitted with strain gauges to accurately measure the gross weight of rail cars. Each section of rail is an individual weighbridge for a single wheel. The system provides total car weight plus weight readings for individual rail trucks. Rail cars can be positioned in various ways: track mobile, tug motors, locomotives or other convenient means. Once the rail car is in position, Rice Lake’s weight indicator displays the weight. SURVIVOR® RT Rail Scale
SURVIVOR railroad track scales incorporate Rice Lake’s best-in-class weigh-bridge design to create a rugged, accurate, heavy-duty weighing system. Used in static weighing operations, the SURVIVOR RT Pit Type railroad track scale excels in high-accuracy, Legal for Trade weighing and meets AREMA and Cooper E-80 design specifications.
The SURVIVOR RT is a pit-type, rail/truck combination scale. Perfect for weighing a variety of car sizes, the SURVIVOR RT is capable of weighing rail cars as well as trucks. This scale is ideal for bulk cement, aggregate, grain, scrap metal and chemical applications. LaserLight2 Remote Display
Prominently display weight, numeric data and messages with the LaserLight2 remote display. A super-bright LED display with non-glare lens provides sharp seven-segment, six-digit characters that are easy to read. Never lose visibility in dark conditions or experience wash-out in direct sunlight. Simply power up a LaserLight2 remote display in your application and the benefits are clearly visible.
A redesigned enclosure provides easy access to internal components. The front panel swings open for convenient setup and service, yet is securely held in place. The weather-tight, IP66 rated enclosure provides superior protection for worry-free daily use. The external keypad makes navigating configuration options safe and easy with up, down, left and right arrow keys as well as Enter, Setup, Mode, Set and Learn buttons.

882IS Intrinsically Safe Digital Weight Indicator
The intrinsically safe, auto-ranging power supply enables wiring to a single AC conduit line and seal from the safe area. An FM approved, rechargeable battery is also available for isolated power or movable applications. The 882IS utilizes a backlit LCD display to maintain brilliant visibility for user-friendly operation, even in dimly lit areas. Its stainless steel enclosure provides superior protection from the elements.
ENHANCED CONNECTIVITY
Expand flexibility with an optional safe area I/O Module, featuring a serial port, Ethernet TCP/IP and optional analog output or fieldbus cards for communication with printers, computers and other peripherals. A duplex fiber-optic port allows for electrically-isolated communication with the I/O Module. IQ plus 210 digital weight indicator is known for its performance with the IQ plus 2100 bench scale, but it’s the ideal replacement indicator for any bench scale in portioning, ingredient weighing and general industrial applications.
